Brilliant! I'm going to make 2 because in my goat herd I have 2 beautiful girls with the most horrible ulcerated udders. I also have tried everything I could think of ... freshly pressed flax seed oil for the Omega 3, infrared heat lamp, changing their diet. A week ago spoke to the woman who sold me our first 2 girls many years ago, and she said she uses a banana skin on warts (!!), but when it becomes ulcerated from rubbing against their leg, someone told her to smother it with vaseline. She was sceptical about both remedies, but both worked. So now I'm trying vaseline, but I really like the idea of covering the wound with your udder bag. Then I think I'll be able to get the vaseline to stay on longer. Thank you. I'll let you know how I go ... and while I'm at it (if it works for me!!), I might try putting together a tutorial as we are still in winter here so I have more time on my hands.

Thank you.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15268599931329522033noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3331591886946739033.post-74546709258602459072022-06-04T18:32:52.167-06:002022-06-04T18:32:52.167-06:00Also here: https://sewing.patternreview.com/patter...Also here: https://sewing.patternreview.com/patterns/27372

The link at the beginning of the post is still active, too! :)TJhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00890037981997328026noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3331591886946739033.post-71416802757194672202022-06-04T18:30:58.324-06:002022-06-04T18:30:58.324-06:00https://www.flickr.com/photos/sewing_engineer/3226...https://www.flickr.com/photos/sewing_engineer/3226539174/in/set-72157601086876542TJhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00890037981997328026noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3331591886946739033.post-70441869288111858682022-05-31T14:13:46.941-06:002022-05-31T14:13:46.941-06:00Can someone tell me where the pattern is that she ...Can someone tell me where the pattern is that she is talking about. My goats are getting so sick. They have small pimples on their breasts. I but a cover for them but it doesn’t work effectively. I hope you could send the tutorial to me. I just need help. I am so extremely sad that your goat passed away. I can’t imagine your pain. But I know how it feels to lose a goat. My first goat passed away due to being extremely sick and her leg was almost broken. Also she was pregnant at that time. I don’t know how she hurt her leg. When his parents were gone, The eldest would do the honor and read it. This year with Covid and the Eldest passing to Cancer, we will have the opportunity to read it over Zoom and I assume the oldest surviving sibling will be reading. It is a wonderful story and am grateful that you typed and posted the story. I had lost part if the story.
